Your Northern Hot Tub Cover is custom-built to fit your hot tub. It is built in Canada at one of our factories and shipped directly to you from the factory. Since all covers are custom orders, your cover should arrive within 4 weeks (seasonal dependent). Please be aware that our Free Shipping Policy does not include the Northwest, Yukon Territory and NFLD which is out on the normal shipping area. We will ship to these locations but a additional fee is required. Please email us for an exact shipping cost. In some remote areas and different postal codes an additional surcharge will apply and we will email you with this additional cost. Our FREE SHIPPING is on all covers over $299 . Your Northern Hot Tub Cover will be delivered by Loomis , Nationex , Tiger Courier or Sameday Courier. You will be provided with a tracking number assigned to your order once the order is ready to leave .This will be sent to the email address you provide to us when placing your order. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk mail folder. Once your order has been shipped, please discuss delivery arrangements with the carrier directly, as it is no longer in our hands. The link to the delivery web sites will be provided.
Hot Tub Covers which are ordered with our Quick Ship Policy will be shipped out from the factory within 10 business days and are processed the following day . Weekends and Holiday's do not count as a normal business day. Once it leaves the factory it could take between 3-5 days to arrive from the freight company depending on what province you are from. We will offer a refund on the Quick Ship if we are extremely late on the product leaving the factory on a graduated refund scale as the program is not a guarantee . We can not honor the Quick Ship program during the Christmas Season as all of the Factories close for approx 3 weeks . If you have any questions please email us.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to production, a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply. Sorry, but this is a custom order, so once production begins, we cannot cancel your order.
All sales are final. We don't accept returns on custom hot tub covers.
We want to make sure you are satisfied. If you receive a product that is damaged or in some way defective, please contact us at within 48 hours of receipt to request an exchange authorization number ("RGA").
VERY IMPORTANT: Exchanges will be accepted only with this authorization number. The product must be in its original condition and remain unused. No shipping charges will be refunded and all products excluding covers will be send back freight prepaid.
In certain case, we might exchange accessories. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt to request an exchange authorization number ("RGA").
IMPORTANT NOTE: We guarantee a perfect fit for your cover based on the measurements that you have given to us , so we recommend that you double check your measurements and fold orientation for ultimate satisfaction with your new cover. If you are unsure about how to measure or have questions about ordering , please contact us before placing your order. Northern Hot Tub Covers is not responsible for errors in measurements.
