Yes, all non-custom, non-made -to-order products are eligible for a refund. You can return Ready-to-Ship Covers if they don’t fit, if they are unused and in their original packaging.
All Ready-to-Ship Covers are shipped from our partner factories located in Ontario & British Columbia and must be returned to the same location that they originated from. We offer Ready-to-Ship Covers in five sizes: 80”x 80”, 84”x 84”, 89” x 89”, 90” x 90” and 94”x 94”. Each size comes available with two radius options: 6” or 8”. This covers almost 70% of the hot tub sizes in the marketplace.
To find the best fit, measure the length, width and corner radius. Choose a cover size that is no more than 2 inches larger than your hot tub. An example is, if your hot tub measures 92 inches, select the 94-inch cover. This will only be 1 inch larger per side and will fit fine. If you tub measures 91 inches then it would be best to order a custom fit cover as the 94-inch cover will not be suitable for a proper fit.
