Customer Service & Sales Representative
Location: Sudbury, Ontario
Status: Presently Hiring
Wages: $18 Hourly plus performance bonus
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers on Livechat
- Answering phone calls & emails
- Assist customer with product questions
- Taking customers orders over the phone
Requirements
- Ability to take direction and follow through on tasks
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks on deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn new things
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong understanding of computers and related skills (including keyboarding, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook)
- Basic math skills
Prior work experience in a call centre, hot tub experience would be an asset but not required as we will train you.
