All orders will be shipped from Canada using local couriers. Some remote areas do not have door to door delivery service available. In this case delivery is usually made to the closest depot for pick up. In some instanses what the couriers classify as remote delivery qualifies for additional freight charges. We will try within 48 hrs to let you know if this is the case. At that time you have the option to cansel your order with no penalty. Items in-stock ship within 7 business days, all custom orders including hot covers are shipped with 2-3 weeks (based on seasonal volume). Delivery of your cover will be Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
Once the carrier has picked up your product, it is their responsibility to
deliver the product to you. Out of stock products At the time of adding a product to your shopping
cart, you will be notified if the product is not in stock. While you may still order the product, your
order will not be sent until we can fulfill your complete order.
If the shipping method you select provides tracking, the carrier will send an email with
a tracking number to the email account you provide during purchase. Please note that if you
have SPAM protection on your email account, you may not receive this email.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns of any kind, but may exchange
accessories under special circumstances; however you must contact our office,
, within 30 days of receipt of product to request permission.We will give you instructions on how to send your exchange. Please follow these instructions
carefully as if they are not followed and your exchange incurs customs/duty charges, the package
will be refused and returned to you. If the product is not in its original condition or has been
opened or used, no exchange will be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

There will be a cancellation fee charge of $50 if an order is cancelled before
production. We do not accept cancellations after an order is put into production.
All damage must be reported to the Delivery Company and Northern Hot Tub Covers
with in 48 hours of receipt of your product. Also any missing items must also be reported to
Northern Hot Tub Covers within 48 hours.
